Dunster Matchmaker

Terms of membership

These terms govern the use of the Dunster Physical AI Matchmaker at this site, operated by Dunster Physical AI. By creating an account you accept them, together with the data covenant and, when you upload media, the filming protocol.

Members

There are three kinds of member: end users, builders, and integrators or solution providers (who register as builders). Each member represents an organization. End users in this release are US-based organizations; builders in the first cohort are US-based, with global builders to follow after export-control screening. One account can belong to one organization.

Dunster's role

Dunster is a neutral broker and mediator. It reviews posts, matches by hand, introduces members, tracks deal progress and publishes every rule before it applies. Dunster never acts as the integrator or solution provider on a deal, never takes a side in a dispute, and never ranks members for money. Dunster also lists its own early-stage ideas as a builder, on the same terms as every other builder and with no priority in matching.

Posting and anonymity

A post must describe real work at your own organization. The public card and redacted media must contain no names, faces, logos, signage or addresses; the state is the only location shown. Dunster reviews every post before it goes live and may send it back or close it. Identities are exchanged only when both sides of an introduction say yes.

Example posts labeled as Dunster's are illustrations of the format, not real needs; they are excluded from counts and cannot become priced RFQs.

Comments and proposals

Comments are public. Keep prices out of comments: a priced RFQ collects sealed bids. Proposals describe how work could be split and who would lead; they are not offers. Dunster may hide a comment that names a poster, carries a price or breaks these terms.

Capability cards and badges

A capability card states what a robot does today and at what stage. Stage is per capability and is checked against references; overstating it is grounds for removal. The safety badge reflects a result from the Dunster Physical AI Benchmarking Engine and Dunster's check of the evidence; it is never for sale and can be withdrawn if the evidence does not hold.

Verification

Verification uses your work email domain and a public business-registry lookup. It lasts twelve months. Verified end users may post priced RFQs; verified builders' bids are released to end users. Dunster may ask for more evidence and may decline.

Confidentiality {#confidentiality}

When you say yes to an introduction you accept that what you learn about the other member through it, including their identity, contacts and original media, is used only to evaluate and carry out work together, is not shared outside your organization and your advisers, and stays confidential for three years after the introduction. Dunster holds the same information under the data covenant.

Status reports and feedback

Both members of an introduction report the deal's status at 30, 90 and 180 days and leave feedback when the work ends or stops. A report that is overdue after a reminder pauses the member's posting, bidding and commenting rights until it is filed. Aggregate ratings show on a profile after three reviews.

Fees

Nothing is charged in this release. Fees, escrow and subscriptions are described in How money works and will apply only after they are stated here, with the trigger named up front.

Conduct and removal

Dunster may remove content or members for misrepresentation, harassment, attempts to identify an anonymous poster, or any use that breaks the law. Members may close their account at any time; obligations under confidentiality and status reporting for introductions already made survive.

Changes

Dunster will post changes to these terms on this page with the date they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
